The NELCAR tour made their first trip to Oxford of the season as part of the Pro All Stars Series North (PASS) season opener. Additionally, the race was a National Qualifier event for the US Legends Nationals being held in Pennsylvania this fall.

With qualifying spots for the Nationals on the line, we saw the largest car count since we've been running the NELCAR tour! 30 cars showed up, however the racing field ended up at 29 after another competitor had some motor issues in practice.

Matt brought home his first Top Ten of the 2013 season, finishing p10.

It was a very successful day on the track for the Hooligan Motorsports #8. We are looking forward to returning to Oxford Plains on June 1st.
